In the event any of our products have a manufacturing defect, we will replace it as long as the defective product is returned to us. 

We ship as per your request at checkout. Sometimes, the shipping matrix charges too much for postage. No worries. We look at each order and if the shipping charge is out of whack (so to speak) -- we send you a refund check or refund part of your order. Thank you.
